Who knows how these things happen...one minute you're laughing, the next you are sprawled on the floor unable to move because you threw your BACK out!! What the what??!! I thought I was being dramatic, so I kept trying to move...apparently it was for reals. Anyways--3 ibuprofen, 2 hours and some giggles later Corren and Robb took me to the ER while David took baby home. I think Corren and Robb enjoyed this adventure way to much. They made a bed in the back of Corren's new station wagon--VW, Audi?? I don't remember, and Cheris managed to hoist me up somehow. It was quite the ordeal.
Anyways, glad that Corren and Robb have hookups at the ER, they walked in there like they ran the joint...which resulted in speedy service and cookies. David joined us after getting someone to watch Oliver (thank you by the way, I'm spacing on who watched him...but whoever you are, you're a saint!) and it was like having my own personal comedic relief team. Anyways, two days of heavy pain medication and sedation later I was starting to move around. The extra sleep *might* have been welcome...shhh, don't tell anyone.
